Reservations
Can only be confirmed once full names have been provided
and we will send you confirmation by email. Full payments is
required once the ticket has been confirmed.

Cancellations.
Any monies paid will be refunded on early cancellation, less
the cost of cancellation fees levied by Airlines Late cancellation
will be subject to Airline terms and condition for making booking.
Once ticket Issued, change of reservation will attract a minimum of US$ 25.

Fares
Fares and applicable taxes are subject to change without notice.
Applicable fare will highly depend on the applicable class and
different Airlines have different taxes.

PTA (Pre Paid ticket advise)
Kindly note PTA fee of US$ 20 is applicable for all tickets ticketed in
Kenya and issued in a different country.

Liability
The company and its agents act as agents of the passenger in all
mattersrelating to airline travel and, shall not be liable for injury,
delays, loss or damagein any manner. The laws of the country in
which the travel takes place and noother country govern the company?s
liability to passengers carried. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction
of the courts of the country in which the action arises. The company
reserves the right to employ sub-contractors for all or part of the
services.
The company cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of luggage.

Very important notes:
These air fares are Nett and may or may not be available direct at
the Airline. These rates are ONLY APPLICABLE If pre-payment is
made through Africa Updates Safaris as they are special discount airfares.
These rates are subject to change with or without notice. The
