Their joint decision to bridge institutional divisions underscores a shared determination to prioritize the national security, financial stability, and territorial integrity of the Libyan state above all other consideration. He views this tripartite roadmap as a major breakthrough toward resolving the prolonged political transition in Libya. The Chairperson notes with great satisfaction that the agreement successfully capitalizes on the positive momentum established earlier this year through the adoption of an agreement to unify the national budget and the formal endorsement of the National Reconciliation Charter facilitated by the African Union.
